Osprey Pointe Condos Sandestin

On an exciting note, reservations are now being taken for the Sandestin’s newest development, Osprey Pointe, bayside luxury condominiums overlooking the serene Choctawhatchee Bay. There will be 5 buildings and 77 units constructed and buyers can choose from 2, 3 and 4-bedroom floor plans. It is still in pre-construction phase, so there is still time to get in early! Sandestin Homeowner's Association Info

The Sandestin Owners Association (SOA) is responsible for architectural review, security, garbage pickup and maintenance of the lakes, drainage, roadways and bicycle and walking paths of the resort. It also includes maintenance of two community pools. Currently, the SOA assessments are $362.75 per quarter. This includes Cox Cable television programming.

Each neighborhood within the Sandestin resort also have their own neighborhood associations and management. Insurance and other amenities, such as irrigation, landscaping, pest control may be included by additional assessments by these HOA’s. Buyers will want to consult SOA, as well as the relevant neighborhood’s HOA for any governing docs or rules.
